Burloak Canoe Club’s Clubhouse Meeting Room is available for rental year-round for a wide range of special events on a first-come, first-serve basis, schedule permitting.

• 100 maximum people
• 80 grey/black chairs
• 8 (54”) round dining tables
• 8 serving tables
• Small kitchen area available

Rates

• Saturday rentals (as of noon)
  $600+HST plus $250 deposit (refunded post-event after an inspection)
• Sunday rentals (as of noon)
  $400+HST plus $250 deposit (refunded post-event after an inspection)
• Week days and evenings available
  Pricing available upon request

Renter Responsibilities

• LCBO license
• All bar and catering supplies and refreshments
• All linens
• All set-up and clean-up
