Early Summer Success!

June was a busy month for Burloak’s highly competitive paddlers. The National Team Trials determined the Senior World, U23 World, and Junior World Championship Teams. The Ontario Team Trials selected Ontario’s Canada Summer Games Team.

Senior World Championship Team:
Adam van Koeverden, Brady Reardon, and Rob Clarke
Mark Oldershaw, Jamie Andison, and Mark Klevinas
Taylor Potts and her C2 partner, Maria, who is currently training at Burloak, will compete in a race-off in Lake Placid on July 6th to determine their standing on the Team.

U23 World Championship Team:

Junior World Championship Team:
Jeremy Stott

Ontario’s Canada Summer Games Team:
Alanna Bray-Lougheed, Jeremy Stott, Josh Havin, Taylor Potts, Jillian Perrone, and Abigail Haines. Lise-Anne Laplante was named a spare.
